Young at Heart
This fifty minute session is provided in the comfort of your own home or the home of your loved one for some aging body TLC. This yoga practice can be done standing, with support, or seated.
Prenatal yoga
Increase flexibility, strength, circulation, and balance, ease current pregnancy symptoms, and prepare the body and mind for baby's birthday.
Postnatal Yoga
Expecting parents learn valuable stretches, counter pressure, breath, and meditation exercises in preparation for labor and childbirth.
